Reduce Email-Increase Effectiveness

The interactive function in the article will illustrate the beauty of fewer email messages. O’Connell’s article brings email research to the forefront of communication discussions. We cannot assume that quantity equals quality nor can we assume that the channel that seems most “efficient” is the most effective. Email has a place and a purpose in a corporate environment, but tread wisely my friends.
